Happiness is … (READ THIS POST!)

Being off on a Friday.

Yes, I’m actually exhausted, and at the moment is a long time coming! Many of you recognize, however some of you can not – I am currently in school, studying interior design. Decorating has been my passion due to the fact that I decorated my moms bedroom with out a-sew cloth strategies on the smooth age of eight. Don’t you miss Lynette Jennings? But I’d in no way notion about the necessity of a degree in design to ahead a lover of decor in a profession. After many months of questioning at the situation, I decided to enroll to look if I’d research whatever – and I even have. Oh, boy have I discovered.

Sadly, the decision came at a fee. #1, tuition. Learning is not always unfastened. #2, work. I had a first-rate task. Not handiest did I even have pretty likely the satisfactory boss you could ever hope for, however the pay changed into extraordinary and the process became fun – on most days. But the demanding role, duty, and necessity of availability wasn’t going to work with my faculty time table. So, I deliberately demoted myself to a far less paying role, with fewer hours, much less duty, and a md that nicely, allow’s just say – isn’t my vintage boss.

Has it been really worth it? There’s no simple answer. Most days I’m excited about the modifications, and others I’m so susceptible from the dearth of sleep and the disappointment of having to scrutinize the need of an fee that I might some distance instead be adorning for myself, entertaining all of you – than dreaming of a book and a television show. But not anything worth having ever came unfastened … Isn’t that what they are saying? So I’ll take my unfastened Friday morning and sleep in, and then cognizance on completing the bathroom in order that I can mark one of the many "Things to Do" off of my list.

Also, please watch for new additions to a CDLV Store that I’ll be opening soon. If you’ve had your eye on an accessory or two in my pictures, now may be the time to call it yours! Enjoy your Friday!
